POSITION: Driver Coach

Gem has been racing since the tender age of 8. Her experience as a driver is vast as one can expect, her experience supporting drivers is also just as established. Gem has a rare skill that allows her to watch multiple drivers and assess their performance in great detail and then advise in the areas of driver input and also setup. DSG are very lucky to have such a skill within the team and her presence within the team in 2012 will be just as influential if not more so than in 2011. Thanks Gem and good luck with your own racing.
